i can't remember the last time i passed on my normal 4-hour sunday nap. today, i went to work out at the gym, and boy, exercising does wonders. not only did i skip my nap, i am still going strong at 11:30.

can you believe, it took about 10 pounds and repeated, failed attempts to fit into three pants from last summer before i decided that i can't get by without exercising if i continue to give in to every food craving at every random hour. so alas, i've finally joined a gym and am committed to getting in shape no matter what it takes.
