what a beeeauutiful spring day.

it was kinda nice driving by charles street for lunch and seeing peabody students painting or enjoying a book under a tree or chatting with their friends in the warm sun. an unexpected witness of calm leisure and peacefulness in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city is never anything short of pleasant. the flowers were quite impressive as well... probably cuz we've been so long deprived of them.

what was even more pleasant was the long lunch at a nice sushi place and the too-brief walk to and from the car and the restaurant. and of course, the lovely flowers that are sitting pretty on my desk as i write this post. i mean, as i work away on my computer.

today should be a friday.
