so it finally happened. what i've been both dreading and excitedly waiting for at the same time.
the age factor is definitely a bit of a surprise, however.
despite being extremely weirded out from this whole situation, i do genuinely wish for the best.

let's just say, if you want competition, you'll get competition. though i insist that you thank me for cutting out all the work for you by getting mom used to the whole daughter dating thing. a nice looking suit and 3 dozen roses?? ha! that to me is just superficiality and materialism.
hehe.. it's ON. so bring it. =)



the partner walking in looking all pumped to do work at 4:30pm on a friday comes pretty close to being the worst scenario in the workplace. eh.. i didn't feel like being stuck in rush-hour traffic through a storm anyway. did enough of it this week. time to get more coffee.

at least my desk is real messy. maybe it'll look like i'm actually busy doing work instead of writing a blog entry and daydreaming about the weekend.


saturday - double date. it's a first and i'm looking forward to it.

these 4 bug bites on my arm are no joke.


i think i've gotten at least 50 bites from every type of insect in existence this summer. it's just great.
i just hope the scars on my feet aren't permanent. i look like i have a disease. seriously.
